Every enquiry has an owner and a next step.

We configure your CRM around enquiries, deal stages, tasks and deadlines. Website connections and notifications help the team see the state of each order.

An existing CRM
or a custom system?

Configure an existing CRM

A typical sales team, a standard pipeline and familiar roles. The API and chosen plan support the integrations you need.

Design a custom system

A distinctive process, specialised roles and substantial custom logic. Existing CRMs would force the business to work around the tool.

We compare configuration with custom development before choosing. Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot and Zoho are assessed against API access, data requirements and plan limits.

Clear ownership
and a visible next step.

How we implement your CRM

  1. 01

    Map the team’s work

Find out where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. 02

    Agree the rules

Define stages, owners, data and deadlines.

  3. 03

    Test one enquiry

Build the process from receipt to the next action.

  4. 04

    Roll out

Connect services, notifications and the remaining workflows.

Bring it into the team’s work.

Compare existing and custom systems against required operations, API limits, licences and recurring costs.

  1. Name the process owner

Agree who makes decisions, checks the scenario and helps the team adopt the rules.

  2. Check data migration

Agree fields and access. Validate record mapping and repeated imports on a limited sample.

  3. Run a real operation

A manager and supervisor check receipt, ownership, next action and exceptions against agreed acceptance criteria.

  4. Prepare users

Agree training and rollout for the project. Expand after validating the first scenario.

Start with a clear first stage.

The initial task discussion is free. Describe the task in your own words. We will clarify the outcome and constraints, then suggest a scope.

For a small website, the entry format is Express. Custom development and automation are priced for the task.

Task and boundaries
One complete scenario: who uses it, what they receive and which constraints matter.
Choose an approach
Assess configuration, an existing platform and integration. Discuss custom development when the task needs it.
Scope and acceptance
We work under a contract. Agree the stage result, exclusions, acceptance, price, payment and timing for the project.
Payment
Bank transfer, Russia’s Faster Payments System (SBP) or T-Bank instalments. Agree the method and terms for the project.
Handover and development
Agree project materials, code and access within scope. Third-party licences are discussed separately.
Post-launch support
Usually 7-14 days of support if issues arise. The period and scope depend on the project and are set in the contract. Further development is agreed separately.

Before we start

Can you work with an existing CRM?

We can assess Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot or Zoho, including API access and plan limits. Implementation scope follows a review of your process.

Do we need a custom CRM?

Only when existing tools constrain a critical workflow. We compare configuration of an established system with custom development first.

How do you roll it out?

We map the current process, deliver one working scenario, validate it against real tasks and then expand.

DIRECT INVOLVEMENT
