Order, delivery and fuel operations software
Connect an order to stock and money: receive the request, reserve the resource, complete delivery and record the settlement.
Start with the decision
A sales pipeline alone may not describe operations. Fuel delivery involves fuel type, planned and actual litres, purchase cost, containers and payment method. These facts interact: editing a completed order must not leave a duplicate stock deduction.
Before choosing a platform, follow one order through completion and exceptions: cancellation, changed volume, insufficient stock and repeated editing. Prefer an existing CRM when it supports the workflow without a complicated extension. Custom software needs a concrete operational reason.
The work and how to accept it
Order and reservation
Active orders have a planned volume, status and available stock calculation.
Fulfilment
Actual volume connects to batch allocation and cost.
Settlement and corrections
Check the cash entry, cancellation and recalculation of a completed order.
Scope boundaries
This is operational accounting under agreed rules, not a replacement for statutory bookkeeping. Banking, fiscal and accounting integrations need separate assessment.
Evidence from our work
DOROGA server code contains fuel reservations, FIFO allocation and connections between orders, supplies and the cash ledger. The case screenshot uses its actual template with synthetic records; it does not disclose business financial results.
Open the project and evidencePractical questions
Why separate physical and available stock?
Physical stock may include fuel already promised to active orders. Available stock accounts for those reservations.
What happens when a completed order changes?
DOROGA code reverses earlier effects and recalculates them in a transaction. Another project needs its own agreed and tested rule.
How to start
The initial review is free. A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin handles your enquiry. Describe the task, current tools and intended change. We then agree the first phase, price and acceptance criteria under a contract.
