BYstudio
RU/EN

Connect your website, CRM and Telegram without copying data.

We move enquiries, orders and status updates between services. Error reporting and retries make failed transfers visible and recoverable.

Describe the integration

How an enquiry from this site reaches us.

A live BYstudio integration: form, saved record, email and Telegram. The diagram explains the workflow without revealing enquiry contents.

Receiving an enquiry

Save first. Then notify.

The description is saved before notifications are sent. A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin receives it by email and Telegram.

Temporary failure

Retry the undelivered notification.

If a service is temporarily unavailable, an automatic retry uses the same record. A channel that already succeeded is not sent again.

Checking the result

Sending and receipt are checked separately.

A service accepting a notification does not prove the recipient saw it. The owner confirmed the test enquiry in both channels.

What we verified on our own site

BYstudio built and connected this enquiry workflow. Reviewed on .

Enquiry receipt
One labelled test enquiry was saved as one record. The owner confirmed receipt by email and Telegram.
Failure and retry
Service unavailability, retries and duplicate record protection were checked in an isolated test environment. Automatic retries are enabled on this site.
Responsibility
A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin reads the description. Notifications deliver the task; discussion and decisions remain with a person.
Verification scope
The corporate form was checked. The separate Express form was not part of this live submission. This result is not a sales metric.

Design for failures,
not just success.

Define where events are retained, how requests retry and who sees a failure. Account for repeated notifications and partial failures to avoid duplicate or lost actions.

How we connect your services

  1. 01

    Define the event

Identify what starts the data transfer.

  2. 02

    Agree the data

Choose fields, permissions and the system holding the current record.

  3. 03

    Connect services

Test the transfer from start to finish.

  4. 04

    Test failures

Set up retries, duplicate protection and error alerts.

Start with a clear first stage.

The initial task discussion is free. Describe the task in your own words. We will clarify the outcome and constraints, then suggest a scope.

For a small website, the entry format is Express. Custom development and automation are priced for the task.

Task and boundaries
One complete scenario: who uses it, what they receive and which constraints matter.
Choose an approach
Assess configuration, an existing platform and integration. Discuss custom development when the task needs it.
Scope and acceptance
We work under a contract. Agree the stage result, exclusions, acceptance, price, payment and timing for the project.
Payment
Bank transfer, Russia’s Faster Payments System (SBP) or T-Bank instalments. Agree the method and terms for the project.
Handover and development
Agree project materials, code and access within scope. Third-party licences are discussed separately.
Post-launch support
Usually 7-14 days of support if issues arise. The period and scope depend on the project and are set in the contract. Further development is agreed separately.

Before we start

Can you connect existing services?

We first check APIs, access permissions and limits, then define the data and events that should move between systems.

What happens when something fails?

We design retries, duplicate protection and error logs so important events are not silently lost.

Do we need a separate server?

It depends on the workload. Persistent background tasks need a reliable worker process with monitoring.

DIRECT INVOLVEMENT

Yan Bunin, founder of BYstudio, reviews the task and makes the key decisions about the system.

Tell us what
you need to build.

The initial task discussion is free. Describe it in your own words. A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin will respond.

  1. Read your description.
  2. Clarify the goal and constraints.
  3. Suggest the scope of the first stage.

For example: @username, a phone number or name@company.com

What data should move between them?
