Starting a project
with BYstudio

Start with a clear first stage.
The initial task discussion is free. Describe the task in your own words. We will clarify the outcome and constraints, then suggest a scope.
For a small website, the entry format is Express. Custom development and automation are priced for the task.
- Task and boundaries
- One complete scenario: who uses it, what they receive and which constraints matter.
- Choose an approach
- Assess configuration, an existing platform and integration. Discuss custom development when the task needs it.
- Scope and acceptance
- We work under a contract. Agree the stage result, exclusions, acceptance, price, payment and timing for the project.
- Payment
- Bank transfer, Russia’s Faster Payments System (SBP) or T-Bank instalments. Agree the method and terms for the project.
- Handover and development
- Agree project materials, code and access within scope. Third-party licences are discussed separately.
- Post-launch support
- Usually 7-14 days of support if issues arise. The period and scope depend on the project and are set in the contract. Further development is agreed separately.
From task to handover
BYstudio designs and builds websites, CRM, web services and integrations. Yan Bunin reviews the task and makes key decisions. The specialists involved depend on the project.
Working versions let us check the core scenario, roles and failures. Acceptance is agreed per stage. Before launch, we agree code and material handover, access, third-party licence limits and ongoing responsibilities.
Post-launch support usually lasts 7-14 days if issues arise. The contract sets the period, scope and exclusions. Ongoing support and development are agreed separately. This document sets neither a custom project price nor a general SLA.
