Software built around how your team works.

A customer account, booking service or internal tool. We start with one user task, then build the roles, data and connections it needs.

Discuss the first version

A focused task. A working interface.

A web service starts with a task the user can complete from beginning to end.

Development for your task

This service covers custom portals, booking services and internal tools with your roles and data. The first version completes one user task; exclusions and acceptance are agreed before starting.

Product projects are presented separately. Access, implementation and support depend on the product.

We agree support scope and responsibilities separately, before launch, so the running system has clear ownership.

How we build your service

  1. 01

    Choose the core task

Define what the user needs to do in the service.

  2. 02

    Build the first version

Make that task available to try in real work.

  3. 03

    Prepare for launch

Set up access, data, error handling and backups.

  4. 04

    Develop further

Plan the next versions around what people use.

Start with a clear first stage.

The initial task discussion is free. Describe the task in your own words. We will clarify the outcome and constraints, then suggest a scope.

For a small website, the entry format is Express. Custom development and automation are priced for the task.

Task and boundaries
One complete scenario: who uses it, what they receive and which constraints matter.
Choose an approach
Assess configuration, an existing platform and integration. Discuss custom development when the task needs it.
Scope and acceptance
We work under a contract. Agree the stage result, exclusions, acceptance, price, payment and timing for the project.
Payment
Bank transfer, Russia’s Faster Payments System (SBP) or T-Bank instalments. Agree the method and terms for the project.
Handover and development
Agree project materials, code and access within scope. Third-party licences are discussed separately.
Post-launch support
Usually 7-14 days of support if issues arise. The period and scope depend on the project and are set in the contract. Further development is agreed separately.

Before we start

Can we start with an MVP?

Yes. We identify one complete user journey and the smallest scope that can test the product hypothesis.

What happens after launch?

We agree on monitoring, backups, fixes and ongoing development as part of the support scope.

How do we retain ownership?

Access, source control, documentation and handover are agreed explicitly. The owner should be able to understand and operate the product.

DIRECT INVOLVEMENT

Yan Bunin, founder of BYstudio, reviews the task and makes the key decisions about the system.

Tell us what
you need to build.

The initial task discussion is free. Describe it in your own words. A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin will respond.

  1. Read your description.
  2. Clarify the goal and constraints.
  3. Suggest the scope of the first stage.

For example: @username, a phone number or name@company.com

Describe the main action and expected outcome. No specification needed.
