Reliable website enquiries and notifications
Save the enquiry first, then deliver notifications. Retrying after a failure should recover processing without creating another enquiry.
Start with the decision
Email and Telegram can finish differently: one provider accepts a notification while the other is unavailable. A single sent flag hides that condition. The form needs a retained record, a submission identifier and a separate state for each channel.
A small project may only need a server handler and a private queue, without another automation platform. A retry should skip accepted channels, limit attempts and retain a useful failure reason. The interface preserves input so visitors do not have to rewrite their brief.
The work and how to accept it
Save the record
Create it before notifications. Reusing an identifier does not create another record.
Independent channels
Simulate email failure, Telegram failure and both recovery orders.
Operate the queue
Check scheduled retries, private access and cleanup that retains unfinished records.
Scope boundaries
Provider acceptance is not proof of human reading. The application cannot promise third-party uptime. Contact details and enquiry text remain private.
Evidence from our work
BYstudio’s own website has verified atomic storage and independent email and Telegram retries. Partial success leaves the remaining channel pending. Failure checks used isolated test data.
Open the project and evidencePractical questions
Do we need a separate server?
Not always. Standard hosting with a server handler and scheduler can support a modest flow. Hosting restrictions are checked first.
Why test a failure?
A successful submission does not reveal partial-failure behaviour. That condition needs a separate check with isolated test records.
How to start
The initial review is free. A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin handles your enquiry. Describe the task, current tools and intended change. We then agree the first phase, price and acceptance criteria under a contract.
